Default Townie generation mod object? [FOUND]
I know for a fact that there was a mod object that let you generate new sims as townies. For the life of me I don't remember the name of it :D

Edit: I'm gonna specify a bit. I remember the object appeared as an orb with a graduation cap on top. In the pie menu you could choose the kinds of sims you'd wish to generate (by age and possibly gender too, and you could also pick the quantity of sims you'd wanna generate).
