I've been using this program for a while and never had this happen before, the files on the right are somewhat new but have been scanned by the program a few times before without any issues, the ones on the left just started showing up out of nowhere a few days ago. I've tried searching on the internet but the only thing I could find was this: https://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=687005 which didn't really help clarify anything for me. Does anyone know what this means? Is it normal? Should I be worried?

That is just telling you that Lord Darcy's More Decorative Slots mods are overriding the in-game furniture. That is perfectly normal because that's how the mod works (it overrides the furniture files to give them more slots- meaning that you can put several things on top of the armoire instead of just one). If you installed the mod to where Lord Darcy recommended you to install it, then it's probably in [install location]\Latest EP/SP\TSData\Res\Catalog\Bins. The files that say 'loads earlier' are part of your game installation files.
