Default Strangetown progress
I have been slowly playing Strangetown (with a couple of rewinds to correct bad decisions on my part), and now the original teens have all become elders, so I thought it was a good time to document the story thus far. I hope to continue with this neighborhood well into the next generations, but I do take long breaks from it as I experiment with other things.

First, I'll give the family stories thus far and then I'll post some pics of the born-in-game Sims.

Default The Grunt Family
Tank discovered himself in college, when he learned that he was attracted to boys, and he changed his aspiration to Fortune. He met and fell in love with Almeric Davis. When they announced their engagement, Tank got into a fistfight with his father and was estranged from him. But Ripp called Tank to congratulate him on his wedding day, which paved the way for them to eventually become friends. Tank followed his dream of becoming a star athlete, while Almeric pursued the law career. They lived Downtown in a high-crime neighborhood and never had much money, but they had three children together, thanks to the Curious experiments with male pregnancy based on alien technology: Magnus and Turner, who were planned, and Faith, who was an accident. Over time, Buzz mended his relationship with Tank (with his wife's help), and they were on such good terms when Buzz died that he left the family home to Tank. Tank and Almeric both suffered setbacks in their careers before they became elders and were left at loose ends. They were no longer hurting for money, though, and were free to follow whatever interests they had into old age. Tank ran a gym in Strangetown for a while but sold that business and shared the proceeds with his children. They mostly focus now on raising their young niece Cathryn. Faith is about to leave for college.

Ripp also found freedom in college. He met and starting seriously dating a girl named Fatima Brownstone, and they moved in together after graduating. Ripp became an artist, and Fatima was a musician. Then, Fatima had a one-night stand with Aldric Davis and got pregnant with twins. Ripp and Fatima talked the situation over with Aldric and his girlfriend, Chloe Curious, and they decided to move into one household and raise the kids together. Aldric is also a musician, and Chloe is working on becoming a professional party guest. The two couples maintain open relationships with each other and are OK with their partners also dating outside the polycule. The twin boys were named Avi and Hyram. As they got older and Ripp rebuilt ties with his family, he wanted to have a child of his own, but Fatima was adamant about not getting pregnant again. Chloe was a bit older than him, too old to get pregnant herself, so she decided to "pollinate" Ripp. She didn't ask him first, but after a bit of an emotional struggle, he was OK with it. Their daughter is named Lyla. Avi has since moved out and gotten married. Hyram lives in the basement of their large Downtown house with his girlfriend, Maria Worthington. (Maria is the daughter of Frances J. Worthington III and Micky Dosser, the unexpected result of a scientific experiment they participated in during college and one of the first successful male pregnancies in Strangetown. Mickey later died in a fire, and Frances was committed to an insane asylum following his death.)

Buck married into the Smith family and took their name.

After General Buzz Grunt's boys had gotten a little older, and Tank and Ripp had left for university, he had a one-night stand with his neighbor, Kristen Loste, which resulted in her pregnancy. Believing in tradition and doing the right thing, Buzz proposed to Kristen, although they barely knew each other at that point. It was a good decision. Their marriage grew into a strong and loving relationship. Kristen really mellowed Buzz and was instrumental in helping him repair his relationships with both Tank and Ripp before his death. Buzz doted on his daughter, Suze, who grew up to be a lot like him. When Buzz died and left the family home to his oldest son, Kristen and Suze moved Downtown with Suze's fiance, Blair Mace. Like Tank, all three were pursuing the Athletic career. Suze and Blair married and had a daughter named Cathryn. But Blair fell hopelessly in love with Kristen and started a secret affair with her. Then, Blair and Suze were killed in a tragic hot dog fire. Kristen knew she was nearing the end of her life, so moved back to Strangetown with Cathryn to be with family. Tank and Almeric both bonded with their niece and now raise her following Kristen's death. Before she died, Kristen had reached level 9 in the Athletic career.

Default The Smith-Nigmos Families
Pollination Tech #9 and Jenny Smith did not have any more children but lived quietly in their Strangetown house, which they left to their daughter Jill and her husband Buck. After PT died, Jenny remarried a townie and they lived happily until their deaths surrounded by grandchildren.

When her niece, Ophelia, left home for university without warning, Olive Specter started taking in teen runaways as acolytes. Her strong relationship with the Grim Reaper enabled her to extend her life quite a bit. Her first acolyte, Orion, turned out to be a son of Olive's old friend Jon Smith Tricou. With Orion and Grim's help, she was able to resurrect Jon Smith, who in turn resurrected the rest of his family. They were a matriarchal vampire clan--the women were vampires, and the men watched over the household and made sure they were fed. They all moved Downtown to their ancestral home, the House of the Fallen Trees, and took Orion with them. Later, all but Gvaudoin (who was at university) were killed in a mysterious fire. Meanwhile, Olive took in another acolyte named Tara, but when Tara wanted to leave as an adult, Olive decided she was tired of life. She called Grim and went to join her one true love in His realm.

After Johnny and Ophelia graduated, they moved Downtown so Johnny could pursue a career in Show Business. They married, and Johnny took Ophelia's last name, Nigmos, because Johnny Nigmos sounded more like a movie star's name to him. Truthfully, he had some reservations about tying himself down with a family, but he loved Ophelia passionately and didn't want to lose her. They had two children, Jeannie and Jaxen. Ophelia worked as a teacher for a while, but as Johnny got more successful, she quit her job and took care of the kids and house. Johnny has never fully settled down and has had a couple of girlfriends on the side, but Ophelia knows nothing of them. They recently celebrated their birthdays with blow-out parties. Life turned out pretty good for Johnny. He is now a Broadway star, and they have a big house Downtown with a sports car and many nice things. Jeannie is an adult and Jaxen is a teen.

Jill and Buck were three-bolt loves who never dated anyone but each other and married immediately after university. Buck took Jill's name as a passive-aggressive dig at his father, for whom he harbored a lot of resentment, and he never brought his family to Grunt events, but because of Buck's extreme conflict avoidance, Buzz never caught on to Buck's true feelings and focused more on his two elder sons. Buck became a scientist and has risen far in that career. Jill has always been a stay-at-home mother. They had four children together: Kimberly (now adult and married to Avi Brownstone), Kelsey (in college), Lucius (teen), and Marvin (child). Buck also had an alien daughter, Ninnie. Buck and Jill hold the title of "most sickeningly perfect couple ever." They are completely and totally devoted to each other and as in love as they ever were. Because of Buck's career success and Jill's inheritances, they are also wealthy.

Default The Curious-Loner Families
The Curious brothers were obsessed with contacting aliens, which both Pascal and Vidcund did. Their resulting pregnancies led them to develop a method for allowing same-sex couples to have biological children together. Pascal's son, Tycho, started dating Gvaudoin Tricou, the lone survivor of her family, in college, and now they live in a refurbished House of the Fallen Trees together with their two children, Ezekiel and Dawn. Gvaudoin's vampire genes emerged after her second pregnancy, but they have adjusted to the changes. Vidcund's daughter, Luna, dated Ailfrid Beaker and eventually eloped with him, despite the disapproval of all their parents.

Pascal lived a mostly quiet life, focusing on his career and his scientific experiments. When he was older, he met Stella Terrano after she had just graduated and moved to Strangetown. They started dating and eventually moved in together and had a daughter, Allura. Pascal never progressed as far as he would have liked in his career and eventually retired. He recently died of old age with Stella and his best friend, Nervous, by his side. Stella still works as a scientist. Allura is in college.

When the house got too crowded, Lazlo moved out into a smaller house, got a new job in the paranormal career, and eventually moved in his girlfriend, Holly Andersen. One day, Vidcund stopped by to see Lazlo, but he wasn't home. Vidcund and Holly got to talking and discovered they really like each other--so much so that they began an affair. When Lazlo found out, he was very upset, and it was a long time before he and Vidcund were able to become friends again. After their breakup, Holly moved in with Vidcund. They never married, but very late in her life, Holly unexpectedly got pregnant with twins, Yuri and Demi. Vidcund wasn't much help with the kids, as he was focused on his scientific work and experiments, and Holly eventually got fed up with him. She left him with the twins. It wasn't easy for Vidcund, as an elder, to adjust to being a single father of two young children. When Pascal died, he decided to move back into the family home with the twins, where he could rely on Stella's help with the childcare.

After his breakup with Holly, Lazlo stayed single for a while, but eventually started dating a girl named Marion. They got married and moved Downtown. They also had twins, Alder and Ashleigh. They struggled with money and Lazlo's odd hours, but were happy until Marion suddenly died of an illness. After her death, Lazlo decided to stay single and focused on the kids. They are teens now, and he is considering moving back to the family home as well when they leave for college.

Lola Curious met Ajay Loner early on. They fell in love and got married and had a completely boring but successful life together. They had one child, Jonah, who they spoiled rotten. Lola worked in the law career and Ajay in the business career, and they made piles of money. They now have a very nice house in Strangetown, and Jonah lives with them. Jonah has had a tumultuous love life as an adult, but his boyfriend, Erik, has just moved in. Both Lola and Ajay love Erik to pieces and couldn't be happier.

Default The Beaker-Subject Families
Nervous Subject, the test subject of evil scientists Loki and Circe Beaker, suffered a lot of trauma before managing to escape with the help of his friend, Pascal Curious. He stayed with the Curiouses until he was able to function on his own, when he moved to a small house Downtown. Eventually, he met Leo Walker, who became his husband, and he took the Walker name as his own. They moved to the shopping district of Sedona, as far from Strangetown as they could get. They had two children, Neal and Amy, and many pets and live quiet, normal lives.

The Beakers had many test subjects after Nervous:
  • Abhijeet Cho, who eventually escaped with the help of Nervous and the gay community, and now also lives in Sedona, trying to deal with his trauma
  • Matthew Hart, who answered an ad in the paper and was imprisoned for some time before being able to get away; he now lives in Sedona, is married to Sarah Love (his college sweetheart), and has two daughters
  • Danielus, a townie, who Loki turned into a zombie; he won a fistfight with Loki and was able to escape, and now squats in an abandoned house in Strangetown and wanders the desert
  • Trista Shaw, who Loki's sister, Erin, helped escape after they fell in love; she now lives in Sedona and takes in teen runaways

Loki's sister, Erin Beaker, was living on her own with some roommates for a while when she met Crystal Vu. They quickly fell in love and were married, but their marriage was not a good one. Crystal was abusive toward Erin and cheated on her with Erin's enemy, Chloe Curious. They did have one daughter together, Clara Vu. Finally, Erin divorced Crystal but lost custody of her daughter and had no money to her name. She was forced to move in with her brother. Loki took advantage of this development. His sister was in the paranormal career, and he used her to obtain access to the phone that connected to the Grim Reaper. He was able to continue his experiments then by finally making a zombie. He also tormented Erin relentlessly, but she really had nowhere else to go. Crystal raised Clara on her own and moved Downtown, and she remains unhealthily obsessed with Chloe, who has long ago dumped her.

Loki achieved his lifetime wish of becoming a Mad Scientist. He also became estranged from his son, Ailfrid, when Ailfrid eloped Downtown with the daughter of his bitter enemy. Following the birth of their son, Ailfrid's wife, Luna, was killed by a burglar. Ailfrid was devastated by the loss of his one true love. He moved back home with his son, Curtis, to try to convince Loki to resurrect Luna. Loki and Ailfrid argued nonstop about this, but Loki felt his time coming and wanted to have some kind of reconciliation with his one child, so just before he died, he shared with Ailfrid the secrets of resurrection. However, he did not give Ailfrid complete information, so that when Luna was resurrected, she would come back with a changed personality. Loki secretly hoped that would doom the marriage but did not live to see the outcome. Circe was never as adamant about the estrangement with Ailfrid as Loki was and is okay with Ailfrid trying the resurrection. She has reached level 9 of the medical career, and now that Loki has gone, she has also begun a friendship with poor Erin, who has been dealt one bad blow after another in her life.

Default The Traveller Family
The Travellers fit right into Strangetown because they are a werewolf clan. All of the male Travellers become werewolves as teens. Trent Traveller was an adventurer when he settled in Strangetown, and his wife, Trisha, entered the culinary career. They have a large compound at the far end of town where they keep many unruly dogs. Their house is always a complete disaster area. They had one daughter, Tina, and then two sons, Tyson and Tate. Tina grew up a Fortune Sim and married a guy named Peter Sims who claimed to have a lot of money but had nothing to his name. Trent turned him into a werewolf too when he joined the family. They now live Downtown. Tyson moved back home after graduation with his girlfriend, Kayleigh Joe, and they have a son together, TJ. They are both party people, and there is a party nearly every night at the house. Tate also moved back home after graduating, but he is much more focused on using the telescope and studying new things. Trent likes to snack on party guests (just maiming, not killing), but his sons aren't as bloodthirsty as him and usually stick to pizza. Trent is one promotion away from becoming a Space Pirate, so this household is also pretty wealthy, which is just as well since neither Tyson nor Tate has strong career ambitions.

Default Born-in-Game Sims cont. - Couples Edition
Here are two couples who have been together forever. The boys are the twin sons of Fatima and Aldric that led to the Grunt-Curious-Davis-Brownstone polycule being formed. Of course, Hyram and Avi are polar opposites and are now leading very different lives with very different women. Kimberly is the oldest child in Buck and Jill's overlarge family--a steady, serious, quiet Sim. Maria is the product of a scientific experiment that her fathers participated in during college, when the Curious brothers were developing their method for enabling males to get pregnant. She lost one father when she was a teen to fire and the other to aspiration failure, so Hyram and his family are really her family, too.

Default Neal Walker as an Adult
Neal Walker, son of Nervous Subject and Leo Walker, just graduated from college. He got a job working in Medicine, so he had to go shopping for some more mature clothes and get a more conservative haircut, but he did add on a small gold stud as a nod to his previous wild college self. He also took Faith Grunt, daughter of Tank and Almeric, on a very nice date and proposed to her, so he will be fulfilling his dream of marrying a rich Sim next round and moving out of his dads' tiny house. Unfortunately, Nervous won't be attending the wedding. Nervous had a difficult life, but he was happy in the end, and he had found a great love with his husband Leo. Also, he outlived both his former tormenters, and that's gotta count for something.

Default Allura Terrano as an Adult
Allura Terrano has all the curiosity and desire to learn the secrets of the universe as her parents, Pascal Curious and Stella Terrano, but with a fully outgoing personality, she is much more of a daredevil than either of her parents. (Pascal has now passed of old age, but Stella is still with us.) When her boyfriend, Tate Traveller, asked Allura to marry him, she agreed only if he would turn her into a werewolf. They got married in the park, and then he transformed her, so now she is the only female werewolf and alien-werewolf hybrid in Strangetown. They got up to other stuff in the park as well--werewolves have no boundaries. Allura is not quite in love with Tate, though, which may explain why she started making out with Turner Grunt as soon as she brought him home from work. Or it may be because Turner is the type who enjoys casually wrecking marriages. Fortunately, Tate hadn't gotten home yet, so Turner is still alive...for now.

Never say you will have the perfect life and nothing bad will ever happen to you, ever, because that is when the arsonist burglar will show up and burn your house down. Ajay Loner fulfilled two Lifetime Wants at one time! He wanted to earn $100,000, which he did with a chance card and promotion, and apparently, he then immediately rolled and fulfilled a want to be a Business Tycoon. Now I know I can never play Ajay again, because he will never be able to top this.

AND he did this on the last day of his life. His beloved wife Lola had died the day before, also in platinum, but not having fulfilled a LTW. Ajay spent his last few hours playing chess with his good friend Bella Goth, whom he brought home from work. He died in his sleep. His and Lola's platinum graves are now out on their front lawn, waiting for the next Sims who move in to transport them to the cemetery. Way to go, Ajay!

Other Strangetown Sims who fulfilled their LTWs so far were: Loki Beaker (Mad Scientist, now deceased); Vidcund Curious (Mad Scientist, now deceased); Trent Traveller (Space Pirate); and Ophelia Nigmos (Golden Anniversary)

An update as to where everybody is at this point as the original characters are passing of old age.

BEAKER
With Loki and Circe both gone, Ailfrid decided it was time for a fresh start with his resurrected and changed wife, Luna [Curious]. He took her on a date and they renewed their wedding vows, which prompted them to fall back in love. They sold the drafty, old Beaker castle and bought a new, more modern house where they could start fresh. And they got pregnant. Their only other child, Curt, is currently in university, where he switched his aspiration from Popularity to the more appropriate Fortune.

LONER
Similarly, with both his parents deceased, Jonah spent his inheritance on a splashy new house for him and his boyfriend Erik [Downtownie]. They have no plans to marry, but they do have a son together--Ira--who can carry on the Loner name. Erik recently was let go from the military, but Jonah's career is going gangbusters, and he got promoted to Judge.

NIGMOS
Johnny [Smith] and Ophelia had downsized in their old age and were living quite happily as Johnny advanced his show business career and became a well-paid leading man. But they were caught off guard when their son Jaxen's pregnant girlfriend showed up on their doorstep, needing a place to stay. Ember [Downtownie teen] had gotten pregnant in university and dropped out. Johnny and Ophelia gave her the spare room, and Johnny quickly warmed to her, but Ophelia still had her doubts about the situation. Soon after, Jaxen himself came home to belatedly take responsibility for his new family, although it meant dropping out of college himself. He will be asking his parents for a little loan to help them get settled in a new place.

Meanwhile, their daughter Jeannie gave up on her inappropriate affairs with Magnus [Grunt] and his uncle Ripp. Instead, she has reconsidered and decided to go back to her boyfriend Turner--Magnus's brother, for those not keeping track--and their son Stefan. Turner had previously asked her to marry him, and although Jeannie still doesn't feel ready for that level of commitment--and probably never will--she has decided it is best to focus on her little family and stop wrecking other ones.

SMITH
Following the tragic death of their daughter Kimberly and her husband Avi [Brownstone], Jill and Buck [Grunt] took in their granddaughter, Jackie. After a period of adjustment, she settled in with her new family. Their next two oldest children, Kelsey and Lucius, moved out of the family home and into Kimberly's old house to clean it up and live as roommates for a while. Their youngest child, Marvin, has just decided to go to college. Buck's alien daughter, Ninnie, isn't sure if she wants to go and may skip to adulthood instead. Buck is one promotion away from achieving his dream of becoming a Mad Scientist.

TRICOU
Gvaudoin had been going behind her husband Tycho's [Curious] back and feeding on their friends to satisfy her blood lust, but Ailfrid spilled the beans and told his best friend what was going on. After that, Tycho made Gvaudoin promise that she would only feed off him from now on, a promise that she has more or less kept--to the detriment of Tycho's health. Their oldest son, Ezekiel, has gone to college, and Dawn will be following him shortly.

CURIOUS
Lazlo tried to stay away from his soulmate, Clara [Vu Grunt], but after the breakup of her marriage to Magnus, he just couldn't. He is nearing the end of his life and all he wants to do is be with Clara, so he has moved into her house with her and her kids. Lazlo's son, Alder, broke up with his girlfriend because he couldn't handle the idea of settling down so young. He's moved out on his own and has been very, very, very successful with the ladies since then. Alder's twin, Ashleigh--resurrected as a zombie by mistake by Lazlo--is now a permanent student in her own house at La Fiesta Tech. Vidcund's twins, Demi and Yuri, are also currently at college. (The mother of Lazlo's twins is a townie named Marion, now deceased. The mother of Vidcund's twins is a townie named Holly, now an elder and turned back into a townie.)

TRAVELLER
Trent has become a Space Pirate and so is in permanent platinum, while Trisha is still plugging away at the culinary career but mainly focuses on her grandchildren. Their son, Tyson, and his girlfriend, Kayleigh Joe [Downtownie teen], live at the main compound with them. Kayleigh Joe got pregnant again and had a girl this time, named Toni. TJ, her other child with Tyson, had his teen birthday and became a werewolf, as all the male Travellers do. Their dog, Andy, died, leaving only Maxx, so they are thinking of adding another one to the pack.

Tina, oldest child of Trent and Trisha, and her husband Peter [Sims] also got pregnant and had a son named Terrence. Her parents shared some of their wealth with the couple so that could afford a much nicer house more suitable to their wants for an upscale lifestyle.

Tate, the youngest of the three Traveller kids, married Allura [Terrano] and is now living at the original Curious house with her and her mother, Stella. Allura is pregnant with their first child. Stella is permanent platinum from becoming a Mad Scientist.

GRUNT
The largest family of them all--and my favorite.

Tank and Aldric [Davis] are still very happy together, still living in the old family home and raising their niece, Cathryn, who is now a teen. (Cathryn is the orphaned daughter of Suze, General Buzz's child with Kristen Loste, who died with her husband Blair in a fire.) They also got a dog named Otis. Their youngest daughter, Faith, recently graduated from college and had a wedding party at home. She married Neal [Walker], son of Nervous [Subject] and Leo. Tank and Aldric used part of their wealth to give the newlyweds a house. The couple immediately got pregnant and had a son named Nathaneal, and then Faith got pregnant again right away.

During the wedding, their oldest child, Magnus, was caught flirting with his ex by his wife, Clara. Their marriage was already really rocky, given that Clara had recently fallen hopelessly in love with Lazlo Curious, and this was the last straw--they divorced. Magnus has moved back home for the time being. Clara got custody of the children. She has a daughter with Magnus named Sylvia and previously had a son with Magnus's brother Turner named Dante.

Turner has reconciled with his girlfriend, Jeannie, who has moved back in with him and their son, Stefan. Just to make it more complicated, Jeannie is the one Magnus was caught flirting with--she had previously been engaged to Magnus but left him at the altar, just as Turner had previously been engaged to Clara but left her at the altar. I'm really hoping everyone in this weird love quadrangle (or pentangle, if you count Lazlo) stays in their lanes from now on.

Meanwhile, Ripp and Chloe's [Curious] daughter Lyla just went to university, leaving an empty nest. Soon after that, Chloe and her main partner, Aldric [Davis], died of old age. Chloe had achieved her lifetime dream of becoming a Professional Party Guest and died in permanent platinum status. Their deaths meant the end of the polycule that had lasted for so long. Ripp and his partner Fatima [Brownstone] have decided to downsize and perhaps settle down a bit in their remaining years.

OTHER FAMILIES
There are two other families I am actively playing.

The Wrightleys (Guy and his wife Monica Bratford) have had two children, and Guy is about to become an elder. Their daughter Miriam is at university, and their son Wilford is a teen.

The Harts (Matthew and Sarah) have had four children. Their oldest daughter Kitty is at university, Corinne is a teen, and the twins Matty and Tisha just became children. Matthew also just had his elder birthday.

Default Updates on my families with pictures
TRICOU/BEAKER

Where to start? Gvaudoin [Tricou], a vampire, had been feeding off her friends, including Ailfrid [Beaker], and making them fall in love with her, but her husband, Tycho [Curious], made her stop. She couldn't sustain herself on Tycho's blood alone, so she began doing it again in secret. Tycho found out and left her, moving back to his father's house in Strangetown. This really made Gvaudoin angry, and her vampire nature came to the fore. She lured Tycho back over and drained him dry, killing him.

Meanwhile, Ailfrid had renewed his wedding vows to his wife Luna [Curious] after resurrecting her. They had a second child, Elias. But Ailfrid was concerned that they now had a large age gap between them. Fortunately, he got promoted at work to the position of Rogue Botanist and brought home an unusual plant that he thought could help. About this time, Ailfrid's good friend and Luna's cousin, Tycho, was killed by Gvaudoin. Ailfrid took his revenge. He invited Gvaudoin over and showed her his cowplant. It worked, and he got three more days of life. What's more, he was able to use his father's bone phone to resurrect Tycho, and he didn't mess it up this time. All was well.

Ailfrid and Luna's older son, Curt, also moved home after university. He has gotten a job and is dating, but is not serious about anyone yet.

By this time, Tycho and Gvaudoin's son, Ezekiel, had come home from college and moved in his girlfriend, Kitty [Hart, oldest child of Matthew and Sarah]. They are planning to get married. Ezekiel is ignorant of all these events and only knows his mother has vanished. Tycho is hoping the Tricou vampire curse is now broken and his daughter, who is at university, won't turn now that her mother is dead. He also moved with Ezekiel and Kitty out of the House of the Fallen Trees to somewhere with a little more sunshine.

GRUNT

More drama! Previously, Jeannie [Nigmos] had moved back with her boyfriend, Turner, and their son, Stefan, promising to try to make things work. But Turner's brother Magnus had become obsessed with Jeannie. He went on several dates and even hired the matchmaker, but no one was like Jeannie. Magnus at this point was living with his dads, who of course invited Turner, Jeannie, and Stefan over to dinner from time to time. Magnus couldn't stand seeing Jeannie with Turner and finally took the situation by the horns, kissing Jeannie passionately in front of everyone. That put the final dagger in his relationship with his brother. Magnus then asked Jeannie to move in with him, and it turns out she couldn't say no to him either. Magnus is planning to marry Jeannie now, whether she likes it or not, so she can't get away from him again. Tank and Almeric just keep their noses out of it.

Turner and Magnus's little sister, Faith, got married to Neal [Walker, Nervous's son] as expected, and they moved into a nice house, thanks to Faith's dads' money. They quickly had two children, Nathaneal and Marisa, and yet another one is on the way!

Ripp is now living alone with his long-time girlfriend, Fatima [Brownstone], and they are working on their artist and music careers. They have both settled down a lot in their elder years.

Ripp's daughter with Chloe [Curious], Lyla, has graduated college and is living with her three-bolt boyfriend, Alder [Curious, son of Lazlo and his first wife]. They aren't aware that they are technically half-cousins (neighborhood glitch has kept them from recognizing each other as family), and we're just going to be okay with that.

CURIOUS
Magnus's ex-wife, Clara [Vu], is now living with her three-bolt love, Lazlo, who is very close to the end of his life. Since Clara and Lazlo got pregnant, they decided to quickly get married and give their child the Curious name. The baby is a girl named Adela. If you've lost count, Clara's three children are Dante (with Turner Grunt), Sylvia (with Magnus Grunt), and Adela--and she wants to get pregnant again before Lazlo passes. That isn't likely to happen, though.

Vidcund's twins, Yuri and Demi, graduated from university and inherited the old Curious house. Yuri is engaged to Charlene [Morgan], who is the daughter of Abhijeet Cho (died from cloud watching) and a Downtownie (also dead). Demi has no romantic prospects and is in aspiration failure over it.

NIGMOS

Johnny is also very close to the end of his life somehow (must have grown up badly at some point), but is still working on getting as far as he can in his Show Business career. Ophelia is permanent platinum and just does what she wants.

Their son Jaxen dropped out of college and moved into a little house with his girlfriend, Ember (a former Downtownie teen). They had a son named Kirk. They are as happy as two Pleasure Sims without a lot of money can be.

SMITH

Jill and Buck [Grunt] adopted their granddaughter, Jackie, after their eldest daughter Kimberly and her husband Avi [Brownstone] died. Jackie is now a teen and the last remaining child in the Smith house.

Kelsey (their oldest after Kimberly) is living with her much older boyfriend, William Williamson. William is kind of cad but also almost a Business Tycoon at this point in his career. He was previously living with DJ Verse, but they broke up because William was sleeping around so much.

Lucius, next oldest, moved in with his fiancee, Dayla [Verse, daughter of DJ Verse and Guy Wrightley]. Dayla was raised by DJ and William before they broke up. They haven't held the wedding yet but have gotten pregnant already.

Marvin, youngest of the children, and Ninnie, Buck's alien daughter, are both at college now.

LONER

Jonah and Erik are still happy together, still wealthy, raising their son, Ira. Jonah is very high up in Politics, and Erik recently joined that career after getting fired from the police force. Jonah has a huge unrequited crush on his good friend Tyson Traveller, who is as straight as anyone can be.

TRAVELLER

In the main household, Trent and Trisha are still kicking, living with their son Tyson and his girlfriend, Kayleigh Joe. Their grandson TJ just went to college, and Toni had a birthday as well. But Tyson must be very fertile--probably a werewolf quality--because he got Kayleigh Joe pregnant again, and they had a third child named Tamera.

Tyson's younger brother, Tate, and his wife, Allura [Terrano], moved with Allura's mother, Stella, into a new house to free up the Curious house for Vidcund's twins. Tate and Allura--who are both werewolves, a condition Allura had for marrying Tate--have had a baby named Milo, and of course Tate got Allura pregnant again almost immediately. So yeah, it does seem to be a werewolf thing.

Tina and her husband Peter [Sims] are living a pretty boring life with their son, Terrence, just making money as fast as they can.

HART

Matthew, now an elder, is working his way up the ladder in the Show Business career, and he got his oldest daughter Kitty a job as soon as she graduated from university. Kitty has since moved in with her boyfriend, Ezekiel Tricou.

Matthew and Sarah's second daughter, Corinne, is at university and has been dating many people, including Curt Beaker.

The twins, Tisha and Matty, are about to have their teen birthdays.

WRIGHTLEY

Guy, now an elder, lost his first wife, Monica [Bratford], to a fire. He then remarried Klara Vonderstein, an old flame of his. Their marriage started out a little rocky, but they appear determined to make it work. Guy's oldest daughter, Miriam, is living with them. His younger son, Wilford, is at university and is engaged to Cathryn Grunt.
