This dropbox link is broken and this link makes you register for Baidu to download it which I can't do because I'm not Chinese, don't speak Chinese (had to use Google Translate), and refuse to use my actual phone number for this (don't know if a non-Chinese phone number would even work anyway).
I tried looking for a bypass site, but the only ones I found look super sketchy and demand I pay them money to use them, which I wouldn't do even if I wasn't broke.

Does anyone have the file and/or know of a working SFS or other reliable file-sharing site link that works?
