I went through sims2play's website and saw this plant and I need it, but it wasn't included in the download (nor in any other downloads from them) so I assume it is not their creation.

Nah, it's not the "dine out" or a remesh. The frames are identical to each other, just horizontal/vertical (unlike the TS4 item where the frames are different and it also lacks the white matting).

Almost tempted to say it could be a version of the BV travelposter (repo'd meshes) or some other similar mesh that comes in those two versions, put together into a collage via cheats. Have a feeling I've seen a few of the recolors somewhere...

The two on the side look a bit more like the BV travelposter, though.

It is possible the recolors are somewhere in paisleyavenueredux's Tumblr - a lot of their recolors are only shown in the swatches. Could possibly be recolors they haven't shared.
