I've noticed that you can ask plumbots for DNA. I thought maybe it was an EA oversight, because why would a robot have genetic material? Makes me glad I never tried it, because that sounds like a nightmare.
There's probably a way to prevent plumbots from being asked for DNA, but I'm not sure where it is. I found something that affects who can ask for a sample, but not who can be asked, unless I missed it.

Can you make your hybrids solar-powered, too? That might help with the 'no beds' issue.

Not sure if it's a mod you have that allowed this to happen, or one I have that prevents it. I've been in a save that doesn't have bots, but opened an older one to test this, and although my Sims can ask for a DNA sample, all plumbots show a no DNA bubble, since bots don't really have DNA. First is an EA bot, and second is my FemmeBot 2B, and both get the no DNA bubble.

Okay... let's start at the beginning... Is your original Plumbot (the one that received his own DNA sample that you later cloned) a normal Plumbot, or something you made using hybrid? I built a bot, and gave her the chips you said, had her learn science at the science station, and at level 2, she received insect, mineral, fish and plant samples.

Again, I have been working with converting CAS parts to Plumbots to make Sim appearing bots for several years (final fix to all of the 'how to make a Sim appearing Plumbot' ideas, that always revert to Sim if they travel), and have never had a real Plumbot that has DNA???

In the past, although not recently, I had future decendents, that were bot/ Sim hybrids, probably created by Nraas Hybrid, and maybe other mods.

I read your comment, "Buddy". I tried what you wrote. It did NOT work in my game. I got 2 regular, non-occult Sim babies that sleep in cribs.

As I said earlier, there may be some other mod that you have that allows this, or one I have that doesn't allow it.

Also, it's kinda weird to check that your own posts were "helpful". It didn't help anyone, and since you still seem to have the same issue you started with, didn't really help you.

I did not call you buddy sarcastically, And Seems like you did not read anything, I do not have the issue i started with. My hybrid sim is alive and well, has 1 daughter 2 sons and is happily mareied and not even a single issue remains. Only issue is that you gotta age up the babies, fix the issue by following the directions, and the revert them back to a baby if you so desire. All else is solved, You're 100% doing stuff wrong and blaming me for your incompetence to follow jnstructions "Buddy". You have some deeply troubling issues. Please psychiatric help "Buddy".
