I can't log in. I request a new password. Gives me new password. Cannot use new password because it says its incorrect. Repeat. I have had an account for a long time and never had this issue. When it does work, I cannot create a new password and my account gets shut down. There is no way to contact some about this issue either so now I can never access my account again due to this stupid circle of requesting a password and then not being able to change said password. I need help and someone from the website to help.
