Default Perplexing apartment building error
I've built loads of apartments without issue, but my latest ones have me scratching my head. I keep getting an error when trying to change the lot zoning to apartments. Could it be because the top apartment goes into the large roof with a spiral staircase? I've checked everything else and they all seem fine. I think.

The walls of the attic room aren't walls, they are roof gable ends. So they won't be weatherproof, nor constitute a room.

Yes, I always use attics to extend a master bedroom, I'm just wondering if this is why the apartment base cheat won't work.
