I normally play in cutaway view, but I also use a lot of "smart doors", which of course disappear with the walls they're mounted on. Obviously, I can get to them to set their options in "walls up" view, but depending on the size of the rooms, this can be kind of a pain. Is there a mod so that doors and other things hanging on walls will remain visible? I suppose this would also allow for easier interaction with mirrors and other such objects that have pie menus.

I'm not sure if this mod from TwoJeffs would be helpful, but you could always try it and see.

I've had that mod in my downloads folder since forever, but I don't think it's working because none of my paintings stay visible :-/ and as for OP, I don't think that mod touches anything but paintings.

Edit: okay so I just read the mod description and apparently you have to click on the paintings and set them to visible? Never knew ahah! Will have to try it out
