Hi everyone. I looked at this very old mod, and I'm surprised why Sims 3 currently has a lot of very different mods, but does not offer the mod that I would like to see. I mean, we still don't have a mod, which automatically places "For sale" sign on empty residential areas if they are unoccupied or if the sim is moved. It would be possible to make this sign as integral element of residential lots like urn and mailbox. The sign of this long-time modder is pretty good, and it's on Simlish by the way. So, i thought It would be logical to use it in creating mod.
