Camden County is a desert hood 3 summer and 1 fall

Riverblossom is 2falls 1 winter, 1spring.

Honeywell is 3 fall 1 winter
Arcadia is 2 winter 2 fall
Utah City is 2 summer 2 winters

My university hoods are in an eternal fall so they can quickly get schoolwork done so they can go party, or hobby build, or something. Besides that I keep it normal, but I might take summer out of my GS Pleasantview because that subhood isn't pleasant anymore.
