We understand culture. Understanding it doesn't mean we have to subscribe to it.

Even in a fantasy setting, we still find ways to be to enforce ideas and restrictions on to people instead of letting people do what makes them happy.

"But, Matrix, The Sims 4 has trans and gay Sims."

Completely optional and opt in, just like every other feature.

"But there are trans and gay sims in the expansion packs!"

Also not harming you.

If this was directed at me, chill. If you don't like something, don't buy it. It's a game, it's not deep.

No, this was just general.

I feel like they really missed the mark here. As far as I know, this game doesn't even have an attraction system, which is strange.

I'm not going to cancel anybody (I am gay) because I get it. You have to abide sometimes and it is hard not to. But, you cannot abide always because if you did that, nothing would change.

That is my logic. I will not play this game (because of other reasons), but I get why this bothers people who do want to play it.

I'm sorry but some people on here need to look at some mods to help your game. Please stop missing out on better features when Inzoi may not be all you wished for.

WW has an attraction system included AND you can turn off EVERY other feature if that's all you want. Sheesh, I think I have only two modules activated, WooHoo and real thingies and I have the WooHoo set to fairly basic interactions at that!

InZoi is definitely a pretty game and seeing all these YouTubers' sneak peaks of it do make it look better than I was expecting but...IDK. Something about it has not really vibed with me since day 1. At least not like Paralives has. That said, they both look like vast improvements over what TS4 was for the first half of its lifespan.

Paralives is a small, fan-funded team that is working on a labour of love. Everything is positive because everyone is invested in it. I'm not keen on the graphical style but I do hope it works for them.

InZoi is a corporate project, they will allow this "Early Access" release stupidity (of what would appear is a very incomplete game) to gauge demand and then re-assess in a year's time. I hope they do better than Life By You!

p.s. WHAT was all the punching and slapping in the demo? Place looked like an open UFC ring!! My advice would be to bulk up your Zoi at the gym before venturing out!!

I don't like the graphic style of Inzoi. It gives me uncanny valley vibes. But I'm still happy that there is now another option for real life games.

You never know what’s comin’ for ya.

Problem with InZoi is the requirements. While my PC is twelve years old, I can still run most new games that I have a strong interest in. All I've had to do is upgrade my graphics card. I paid over three grand when I got this rig back in 2013. I bought it so I could play the new SimCity (that came out that year). We all know how that game turned out.

Without modders and what they do Sims would've died YEARS ago. I've played every Sims game since its first release. I was one of the original players and I just don't see myself abandoning The Sims even though I'm so pissed they STILL haven't added parrots. TS1 didn't really need any mods at all to enjoy. TS2 was the same way, mods just expanded or added features that were more preferable rather than should've been in the original. TS3 has more bugs than it has store content. TS4 could be the gold standard if they did open world, color options and incorporated the best features of TS2. But will they? No. I just don't see it.

My point is, many of these "new" games with high-end graphics card requirements to play what should be available on a moderate pc is just not sensible IMO. Take Cities Skylines. That game was a blockbuster and modders REALLY made a success of it. I can run that game fine. But CS2 is not possible. The game company just took all those mods, made their own version and released CS2 which runs terribly on even the newest systems.

I won't be able to run InZoi and if I have to spend five grand to play a game, forget it. I'm not falling for that again. I wouldn't be surprised if gaming companies get paid to make their games run best on certain hardware and lag on other configs.
