Clean templates replace the Maxis main neighborhoods. They won't have any effect on existing already-played neighborhoods, only newly played ones. Unfortunately.

Is it recommended to have all (every single one) downloaded? I'm in the process of downloading everything on these lists, and I mean EVERYTHING. Just want to make sure!
Also, thank you so much this is extremely valuable. I appreciate all the work that's gone into this.
