I think it will be possible if all children and teens learn this school without loosing their grade..

I really like the stlye of homes from the New Orleans/Uptown area, so it inspired me to make this.I finished this house about 2 weeks ago. I'm thinking about uploading it this weekend.

Looks great! I have a question, are you making that as a completely new neighbourhood (which you haven't exported to the game still) or do you already have some of your Sims in it which you play and then edit the locations in CAW when you feel like it? And is this even a custom neighbourhood or...?

It was in Residential mode so I switched back to community =)

Only house with furniture at the moment, went a bit nuts with Awesims' Mid-Century stuff in there. Out of the three, it has the most interesting layout to me, the main living areas upstairs, along with the entrance, everything down below is garage, den, sproglet bedrooms.

One of a number of fantasy world houses I'm building. It still needs more landscaping and interior design on the lower levels. There is a human aquarium type swimming pool on the 3rd level, four stacked spiral staircases in the center, and uses only three columns and a small entry for ground level support creating an open atmosphere that permeates the entire estate. Mirrored walls further enhance the spacious feel.

Makes a great Mothers Day gift if you know any Octo-moms...

For the primate who exudes sophistication...the Canopy 3000.

What are you going to do...live in the dirt with the lower invertebrates, hobnobbing with the pigs and the weasels?

You may as well grow fins and gills, and slither back to the oceans, where the owner of the Canopy 3000 can watch you flip and flop from their elevated ecstasy.

All the higher primates are buying one!
