It's been a while since I did any challenges, and I'm super excited about trying this one out, but I think I've already hit a bit of a road bump. I rolled pretty well and landed my founding sim a level 3 job - in the police career. When talking about offenses, it mentions that any crime committed by a member of the police would count as a major offense. If my sim is committing what would usually be considered a minor crime, would I still use the usual rolling system for deciding if she gets caught? And if she does get caught, what would the punishment be (I'm assuming it'd be more than a fine for members of the police)?

Maaan did I get lucky with Kami. Alas, Antony Schubert rolled 1 on the spouse table. I'll save the angel roll for some later child, I like Antony as is. I'll post more later, maybe.

Also, I tried starting in the future and I just can't play it the way I like there so I'm playing in Bridgeport instead. I'm in the midst of building a facility for new couples to start their lives. Once I get my initial pair in, I'm going to have six roommates, three male and three female. If I can figure out how to set each of them into couples I will and then let the fun begin! >:D

I really am looking forward to this challenge and I can't wait till the next part either. If I remember, I'll take some screenshots and post them too next time I'm on as well

I am honestly not a fan of the future so I decided that I'm just going to go with Bridgeport. I may have the expansion but I don't want to use it...

Here are my sim's backstory thing. My founder, Kymberly Rost, was shunned from her family, who had been one of the most beautiful and rich in all of the world... Until Kymberly, she had a few oddities that threw off the balance of the beauties. Her ears were oddly large and pointed. Her nose was also large and awkward. She had spent most of her young years trying to hide her ears but to no avail. Eventually, she turned 14 and ran away. She reached another town and decided that nobody would recognize her there. She grew there after being marked with a SIN. Upon turning 21 she was assigned a husband, whom she didn't know and was rather confused, whose name was Jeremiah. They were placed into a small apartment and left to their own devices. Kymberly had never done well in school, she didn't care anyway, so she resulted to selling herself even before she came to this town. Even before she was 14. She decided that she could have enough money to survive alongside her hardworking, military husband. She loved music but sadly it was frowned upon for her to even think of going out to perform it.
And here's Jeremiah's. Jeremiah Rost was a young boy who grew up in the town full of SIN carriers. He too was tagged with one. He was always going from girl to girl when he was too young to be matched, having bothered almost every girl at least once, it was time for his assignment. He was matched with a woman named Kymberly, he thought she must've been new because he hadn't bugged her before.

Well i finished round 1 and lost (yes, i was burned down by a meteor): the outcome is this:

Francis was indoctrinated by it's features in the most evil career: DOCTOR (Dr Doom, Dr Willy, Dr Octopus, Dr House, Evil Dr Porkchop, Dr Doofenshmirtz... see what i mean?) while his ugly wife was forced into police... they used her as torturer, all she had to do was being herself against her poor victim.

Also i tried everything to make departments avaible in future but i couldn't so instead i crafted this cube rooms:

these are like 11x11 squares that emulate apartments in future not to mention they are full of "univesity freebies" that represent nanobots, in the upper floor there is nothing for a reason: that middle wall can't hide anything, and believe me, my poor sim was having a hard time:

Obviously the first thing i was aiming was Social freedom, so i bought the mighty telescope to get logic asap:

but almost failed due i was abducted, sighed in relief when i see no "unexplained weight gain" moodlet... well also cried because having one of those uretral children would be better than having a child with Hinata:

while he got uncaught most time his damned wife got the worst roles all the time:

she even got a redbar in police career (grounded in home for rebelious behavior) but luckylly she didn't got fired anytime... still the computer was confiscated too many times:

trying to solve the unsolvable i managed to get closer to social freedom, of 5 intents 3 of them were successfull so i aimed for mastering logic skill, i was not able to do that yet cause of meteors:

About the black market in the basement there is a nectary, a comic shop and a book shop in the same place... to emulate the porn mags i use both quickfoot and awesome woman comics as porn else are regular comics (still discounted those 250 simoleons minus the comic price)
To avoid sims dressing in any other thing that was not the ugly ITF clothes i used dresser, this made some WTF moments like this:

Both of them were goody two shoes so they both were sent to physical degree in order to become policemen. the apt emulator is still the same... i wish i could had put the cube appartments instead in the future but there is no way to make them avaible for sale so just this emulator will do... the second floor is not a real second floor, it's just a place to hang clothes.

Well those two 10 faced dices that emulate mr 20 worked well this time, just 3 ofenses caught red (and luckylly none triggered a divorce) not even this one, which was the most obvious:

IDK if plumbots are allowed in sim houses but i guess they are ok so i brought prototype 007 home... by the way for more role playing issues all hovers are male plumbots and all legged are girly plumbots... sometimes people install the wrong OS in the wrong Plumbot. Still Capacity of love, sentient, fear of humans and any other trait chip that makes simbots more than a tool is forbiden, Robo-Nany is only ok if a child is alone because both parents have to work

Contrary with wath this portraits the girl in the pic is an adult and not an elder... this one gave birth but good thing i rolled a 5 and an 8 so none could prove at all that the kid delivered was my son, and that was good because if it was another number this would had meant Game over again
with the time i could buy that condo again, and also meteors stopped falling for some weird reason, but it was awesome. However i saw another fire there and though "not again..."

Also created another interesting bot... however this one was bugged and had traits so i had to sell it...

well since everyone was saved this time it was ok i could continue this and go fast roll:

I didn't get any pictures but soon after starting I lost the challenge after bother of my sims were caught it a fire after I went to get a snack before returning... I come back to the grim reaper harvesting my sim's souls... Wow

I used my spouse's cure on my other sim, Anisan, for her fetish. Now they are fetish free!

I haven't found a lot of time to play lately, but have finally wrapped up my Doomsday Countdown(still need to post my ending). I need a break from the Watkins family for a bit, so decided to give this a try.

I have decided to borrow some other simmer's idea of representing the SIN with a tattoo, as it made sense. I placed mine on the hand and used a text looking tattoo, figuring that "N" probably stands for number. Being a conservative society they have used a subtle shade of ink that however has tracers in it easily picked up by their cameras and bots. It barely even shows up on some sims(like my spouse) but can still be scanned for all your sims census, identification, legal, and shopping needs.
I will post about my simmies tomorrow or the next day when I have the energy.

The mentioned mod's link no longer goes where it is supposed to, so I am trying out nraas' Traveler mod to see how it works out. Will let everyone know if it does.

(I wanted them to start off with a lower relationship, so I left them as housemates and will marry them off quickly here. This worked out well because they only know three traits from the other one, and Lois doesn't know ANY of Clarks bad traits!)

Lois Hatcher has always followed the rules just as the New World Order supplies them. Exactly. To. The. Letter. She is actually a little obsessed on the matter, which is probably why she did so well in her studies and managed to place quite high in exaclty the feild she had set out to.
Now that it is time for her to strike out in the world, she can't wait to meet the spouse chosen for her by President Drake and his Powers That Be Council. The NWO has always done right by her and she is certain that they will pick the man best suited for her! She expects him to be handsome, sucessful and without flaw. And even if he isn't all of that, well the PTB council knows what they are doing in these matters, don't they?

Clark Kane beleives his body is a temple and eats only the best organic fruits and vegetables. He figures this is why he is so handsome, and he expects to be paired with a spouse just as good looking as himself.
He too has faith in the New World Order, you see. What it can do for him that is. The rest, well he'll just take care of that himself. Someday he plans to be the NEW President, and he intends to let nothing stand in his way. Of course this means a lot of bribes, and a man has to make money somehow if he expects to live the life style he intends to become accustomed to, but that's okay, because Clark doesn't mind taking a few risks...

Photobucket was not made for phones. The mobile site doesn't have most of the functions or access to the image link as far as I can tell and there are annoying pop-up video adds that don't close. The desktop site meanwhile is very buggy, slow loading, and likes to crash my explorer app. If you'll excuse me I am going to go curl up in a ball in the corner and weep now. And yes I can see a pattern forming already.

By the way these are going to start plummeting in writing quality as this goes on, I'm sure. That's what happens when I try to write and play sims at the same time(not that I've been combining the two long). If I start to annoy anyone feel free to tell me to stuff it. I can take it. Lol
And in the interest of shortening future posts where I babble like this, can anyone tell me how you do the spoiler thing? For now I will just post the story and this babble separately.

FYI - Master Controller and Traveler combo working well so far for this challenge. Still no pregnancy attempts though.

After a small Binding ceremony Clark and Lois are now wed. Clark knows he should spend some time with his new spouse, but he has also heard about an off-grid casino outside of town and decideds the get-to-know-you's can wait. Claiming he has some work to get settled in at his office he slips off walking most of the way.


Unfortunatly one of the local police was hanging about(clearly this officer is dirty.) After losing some money to Clark at the black-jack tables he slaps him with a fine of 150 credits! It's a good thing he won so much first and that Lois hasn't had a chance to look too closely at the finances yet.



At work the next day, Lois talks to her new co-workers and gushes about her new binding. Some of them tell her not to keep her hopes up, afterall, most of their bindings weren't at all what they supposed to have been. Still she sure hasn't been dissapointed in the PTB council's choice before and isn't now. Clark is charming, ambitious, and gorgeous to boot. She'd never known a man could look so good! Oh, she wished he'd not had to spend their first day together at work, but he'd sure made up for it later. Even if things were still a bit awkward between them. Everything would be just fine.

May I just ask if you're still planning on making a sequel to this? It's an amazing challenge, I love it, it's my fave ♥‿♥
