This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Why do non-grouchy Sims randomly steal newspapers in lots where not their furious subjects live?
Has anyone else also experienced this situation? I understood that only grouchy and/or Sims furious with your Sim of that household steal newspapers.

I would assume that sims that just don't like each other (say, their relationship score is in the negatives) just do this every now and then and don't have to furious?
