2:Some of the custom content included are hacks, CEP files, sims or redundant recolors. Recolors must be culled to only the ones used on the lot, and the hacks or CEP files are not allowed to be shared with lots.

Please remove those items from the sims2pack using the Clean Installer, and tell downloaders to download those items separately in your main text. If a CC creator doesn't say whether or not you're allowed to include their CC with lots, you can assume that you are.
