*Edit Door problem fixed. Rebuild was in order!

I'm trying to jump on this sims 4 train, have built a house on a foundation and where I want to put the door for some reason it's raised up, but in other spots it seems to sit lower, eg. door on the left, is anyone able to tell me the problem please?

Also this used to annoy the heck out of me in sims 2 and would have thought it would finally be fixed in 4, is there anyway to stop the roof on the right bleeding into the roof on the left? (the overhang part if that makes sense)

Yea, unfortunately, you can't do anything about that roof cut other than modify the length to try and hide it, but then you have join issues.

As far as that door that is too high... Do you have move objects on? Or, do you have a platform right inside that door? Ok, I see that your rebuilt it.

If you select the roof there are arrows next to the edges that allow you to drag the overhang out or in. If you split that section of roof with the unwanted bit of overhang into two separate pieces that meet where the overhang starts going past the other section of roof, you can remove the overhang from the section of roof on the left without removing the overhang from the right side.

What copperllsulfate said. Drag the inner end of that roof piece back towards the "outside" two tiles so the edge lines up as close as possible to the other roof edge. Then clone that piece and put it where you just took the roof off of and then drag the arrows on the edge up so the eave disappears. Hopefully, that made sense. If not, I can take some pics.
