The truth is that mine was still a request in a certain way, you're right. I hope it's possible to do this either with a mod or by editing the character files. I cross my fingers. The good thing is that I think it's something that interests a lot of storytellers and people who play the normal game and want to have a crazier character. I hope it can be done at some point. Anyway, when I said that I said it with anger, I really appreciate all the mods, and even the smallest ones offer things that are useful at some point.

Just because you personally don't have a use for them doesn't mean no one uses them. I can say for certain I would never use a walking styles mod because if I wanted that kind of junk, I would just play Sims 4, but I would never say you're not creating anything useful by doing so.

Do you want me to ask for forgiveness on my knees and crying? I have already made clear the context in which that statement was made and that I do not think that way. What more do you want?

Editing neighborhoods is still playing, though. If you're doing stuff ingame, you're playing the game. Everyone has their own playstyle and preferred things to do. Some people do legacy-play or challenges, some like to build houses or set up neighborhoods, some like to take pictures or make stories, and some like a bit of everything.

I don't do much "playing" either (as in legcay-style and such) - I mostly do staged pictures. But that's just my way of playing the game. Lately I've also done some neighborhood editing/building (setup for storytelling). It's all playing.

I'd say making CC/mods and editing game files is a form of playing the game too, even if you're technically not ingame when doing it - because it's strongly related to the game, and the stuff usually needs testing ingame afterward.

Gotta love putting a song into the nhood folder so it could be your neighborhood's theme song and it only seems to wanna play during the loading screens.

I hate how reading a sci-fi book tanks hygiene. There's no reason for it and it doesn't happen with any other books. My poor book-loving science sims are always walking around stinky because of it.

When I place one item out of the inventory, it automatically grabs the next usually unrelated item for placement.

Especially annoying if you are moving a sim from one house to another. You want to place all the kitchen items in the kitchen but it grabs beds, toilets, TVs etc.
Let me chose what I want to take out of my inventory

Reordering memory would require copying everything into a temporary holder, inserting an item, then copying the remainder back in. It is doable, but prone to bugs.

I found a situation where I needed to move a configured object to another lot. I want to have something not affected by snow because it is ugly with Z-fighting. So now there will be a mass transporter after it is sufficiently tested.

I hate when you try to move in a sim and their kids, select them all in the "move in others" box... and then only the parent moves in. I can understand wanting to ditch your kids for a while, but moving out and leaving them in a house all alone? That's horrible even for sim parenting.

I wish I could do more natural lots with uneven terrain without it just resulting in my sims stomping their feet with routing errors on every single interaction

As a long time and worn-out player, there are a lot of things I hate in the game. Many of them, I have learned to tolerate, learned to work around them, or learned about their fixes. Pink flashing? Inevitable, but saving frequently and being patient alleviate it. Free Time Wants spam? Just edit the Wants file, and do so to your likings, I'll recommend, as I must thank SnorkackSearcher for the Fewer Hobby Wants mod - https://modthesims.info/download.php?t=591990. Charisma is the most useless skill in the game? I'm wasting away making a harder interactions mod at the moment, that will take Charisma into account whenever possible!

So, I have about 2 issues that keep irritating me to no end, making me cruel and unforgiving. As usual, I will be ranting it long and tiresome:

1. "Undesireable Loiterers"
This one is all about business. Whenever a business is open and running, the game has been coded a stupid tendency to give us players a "challenge" of sort by spawning Sims from poorer families. These Sims, including the ones I play and care for so their Wants are satisfied and they have friends and lovers to cater to them, end up spawning. A lot. Just about every open day. About half the hours of said day! Once they are active, they barely buy anything, and instead, they try to socialize: "annoy" the purchasing customers from considering their purchases. Telling them jokes that are now just cringe and detrimentary because my WIP harder interactions mod has already been put to test. And if there are anything waiting to be restocked, chances are, these "loiterers" will go there and just to, well, sigh , and lose loyalty whining about stuffs they can, and should, buy, but spitefully won't!
Hence why I call them "undesireable loiterers". They are spawned simply to keep your profits down, making me resorting to using Inge's Auto Restocker. Thanks to TwoJeffs the old legend, they are easily dealt with using the Visitor Controller. Some households are too nice to ban them in my book. Others, I have their teen kids run the off-home stores so I can have an excuse to make them become less nice, and therefore willing to ban those b-holes and let their owning elders remain in the clear.
It does become quite funny in case of home shops. Some shops have doors segregating customers from the owner households. What do the "loiterers" do? They will sometimes try to get inside the owners' areas, but can't. Therefore, they resort to standing next to those doors and complaining till the closing hour! At least if the shop and home are seperate structures, they are likely to keep bugging themselves instead of the purchasing customers.
The pictures attached are about the rare moments when they got punished. Insufficiently, but still.

2. Spot-stealing Sims at Community Lots
This is not about Sims stealing seats or cutting in lines at community lots. This is a rant about an aspect of Sims 2 that is truly irritating to me... You see, my neighborhood has culled itself of townies a good while ago, so only playable Sims can be chosen to spawn. The issue is, 40% of currently played Sims belong to my beloved and mighty Pleasant and Burb families, about 25% come from the affluent families that I find them cool and dignified no matter what misery befalls them, 15% simply fair and fine, and the remaining meh, sometimes falling under the "undesireable loiterers" category.
The issue is, those leftovers tend to get spawn. Often. Too often. Is it confirmation bias? Yes! But every time one of them gets picked, that is one less slot for another Sim to spawn. Usually they are "introverts", often with low Outgoing points, more acquaintances than they need to know and enough friends for their needs, rather than those with reasonable Outgoing points and 20+ friends I have lovingly driven them to make... It is quite apparent that the game has a bias towards choosing Sims who aren't familiar with the currently played household.
Regardless, it has resulted in many teenaged kids who deserve their spotlights in the community lots getting shafted, stuck with low reputations and knowing too few fellow cool people and relatives despite their families' tendencies. That alone make a few more Sims feel like they don't really earn their keep... Banning them alone won't do...

I dislike how reading to a child increases fun for the kid but decreases fun for the adult. I think it should be fun for both parties, especially when they have "read a book to..." wants.

Only if they have to read the same book seven times in a row should it decrease fun for the adult. Speaking from personal experience.

It becomes very unfun when the adult can recite the entire book by heart without ever looking at one page.

You need to coax them to read books you like... I read this one each night for about 7 years in the 90s, and it was dug out again five years ago when grandchild was born! Fun noises to make, and I always do different voices too.

Oh, my niece absolutely refuses to listen to books she's arbitrarily decided she doesn't want to read. "I don't like that book" you've never read that book honey, but sure let's just read "I'm Just A Little Kitten" for the millionth time.

Yes, and it is even less fun when the kid knows exactly where to turn the page and you can't dare to crook.

When you use tab to take a picture and then turn it off, it sends your camera view flying off into space instead of just returning to the view where you turned it on. I'm trying to take lot pictures, HOLD STILL

The view changes if you had moved the camera. The regular camera can't be in some of those positions. If you just press Tab two times, it will move very little. Here is what happened when I tried to view a tall building. Upon exit I was thrown down into the "blue hell" under Downtown.
