I was born too late, unfortunately. I hope he doesn't mind this, wherever he is now

I saw him live in Cardiff and I was only young myself but was a great fan of Sherlock Holmes at the time. My dad took me up to meet him but I was really shy and I just shoved my autograph book in his hands...I remember he laughed at this (I think I was about 8 or 9) he did look poorly at the time...it was about two or three months later that he passed away. He is greatly missed I think. This is a very fitting tribute to a great British actor.
