Does this need family fun to use? Cause when I try to install it i get a message that says "Content needs expansion data that is not installed."

I have downloaded this house, but it doesn't show up in my game.
It says that I am missing an expansion pack, and I have all three loaded in my computer.

Kindly note that I created this house with Family Fun Stuff Installed (even tho' I did not use any of its content). I assume this is why some people cannot install this lot. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Oh My God...

Thank you so much for this house I am so happy to find this house. The layout is perfect, I love how the living and kitchen room are nice and open. The outside is just AMAZING! Thank you so much, I'll be waiting for more houses like these!

Its really good. One of the best houses I think but whenever I go to instal it, the sims2 installer thing that comes up says I don't have an expansion pack needed to install it, but I have Uni, Nightlife, and OFB...
