Thank you again, also this house seems to be one of those houses that sims enjoy for long time. The front looking is beautyful, and you furnished it but not completely so we can give it our personal touch.
Good comment, isn't? Thanks and ciao.

Thanks for the comments, and yes, I do tend to only partly furnish certain rooms.

Well, all I can say is that I never even expected my rating to go up, or to even get thanks, and you've proven me wrong, just goes to show that just because I don't particularly like a house, doesn't mean that others also don't like it.
Yes, this house is not one of my fave houses, but then I don't like any houses that I build, but now I have read some building tutorials and will hopefully make some better/higher quality houses. So I may not upload for a while because I will be testing tutorials.

And there is another on the way, a large 4 Bed, 4 Bath modern family home.

I really like the bathrooms in this house (the one on the way), hope you do too

Here are some pics:

Lovey house, doesn't look too complicated either...which is a positive from my ponit as these houses with basements etc make my games run slow(far too many downloads ya see) , and it annoys me when walls are sticking up left right and centre and blocking the view of certain areas.. i hate having to keep adjusting my camera angle! *rant over*

so yeaa, this house looks like my kinda house!! simple and stylish well done! keep up the good work!!!

Thnaks Princess Jessica, unfortunately, I am going more complicted now though, not too many basements though. But I am looking over some of the tutorials here.

But they should still be easy to play.

OMG! I'm in Lenah Valley! Do you go to high school or what?

I really like the simplicity, and when I make houses I usually stuff them with everythiiiiiiing.
The outdoor area is used well too.

Her name is Emily... Forget her surname.
But we're getting off topic.
So incorporate personal stuff, into comments about the house

Me, Josh. But there are lots of us, and a lot of us play TS2 also.
So what do you think about the playability of the house?

Omg! Joshjoshjosh! It's Laura!

The house is pretty easy to manouvere around for our little simmies... And I can't do garages without cramping my sims in...
