From one Builder to another, I must say that this house requires UNI, OFB and NL, not just the base game.(Incase you wondered what I was talking about: UNI: The chairs in the livingroom are at 45 degrees which was a cheat from UNI; NL: Garage, driveway and driveway extensions; OFB: the columns in the front and the tall dressers in the closet(I think, I can't see for certin)) Sorry if I ticked you off, but I was just helping.
