Way to go Mystarria. It's a nice house. I always use one of these when i start with a fresh family, i don't like to cheat... often. SO why not upload a second lot that's below 20k? There's an upload here on MTS2 that lets you change the lot's size *after* its constructed. Or you can cut some corners here and there to drop it below that threshold. Maybe the lights on the ceiling could be more sparce, they would reduce the price and the lighting

I know it's been ages since the last post was made, but I haven't been around to answer till now.

The lights aren't ever included in my lots. I just add them in to take the pics. I wish I could find a more all over light for pics though. These spotlights I'm using are nice, but they make things look more blotchy than I'd like.

Twitch with the contrast and brightness in any photo editor, unless of course you wish to produce an in-game ambiance lighting. By the way, it's been 5 months since i d/l-ed this house and i'm still playing starter families here... so 10x again!
