Thanks everybody I don't think I ever really built a decent base game house before. It's crazy how much I've learned since I first got the game! And yep, the tv is watchable, it's technically on the same level as the living room.

I download a LOT of lots and I mean a LOT and this is by far my most favorite house I've ever had the pleasure of simming on.

Thanks for this. I'm always trying to do split levels in sims 3 but it's hard. I was gonna give up on it but you've inspired me to keep trying lol... so corny. Anyways, great house!
