just got the homebrew channel so I could revisit Donkey Kong 64 and the first 2 Banjo Kazooie's (since they'll never be on the virtual console)
does anyone know a good source for roms for the N64 and SNES?

well, it's a channel that can only be gotten through a minor hack (does no harm to the wii)

Homebrew isn't a scam, unless you payed for it (I laugh at anyone who did). and it's a very minor hack, it doesn't do anything to how the system runs. it's very useful once you figure out how to run it.

What does it do again?

it allows access to emulators that let you play SNES, N64, NES, GBA/GBC/GB, Playstation, Atari, Sega Master System, etc. games on the wii (and it has some custom wiiware available too) it also lets you play dvd's, and other media on the wii.
it's a bitch to figure out how to get everything running,(the homebrew browser app is a HUGE help) and the N64 emulator isn't finished yet, but it's almost done. but now that i've got it running it's awesome.
i'm so glad that i'll be able to get around RARE being a bitch and not letting Nintendo put their N64 games on Wii virtual console.

well you ave to pay for the cheats I think and you need the legend of Zela game thingy.

I got the cheats for free.(took awhile to find them for free though)
yeah RARE made some of the BEST N64 games. DK64, Goldeneye, perfect Dark, Banjo kazooie, Banjo Tooie, Diddy Kong Racing, Conkers bad fur day, etc.
