I designed a house, but when I designed the house, I didn't start with the front door. Now I have a house fairly far away from the road. Is it possible to move the house as a whole or package it up and choose were on the lot I want to place it, or must I completely rebuild the house?

More than likely you're gonna have to rebuild. If there are very few angles to the house, you could in theory use the wall too to drag each wall X amount of squares forward one at a time and then fix the windows and stuff that are now in the wrong place.

No, you don't have to rebuild. Go into build mode, and using the HAND TOOL pull the front walls of the house toward the street. It will automatically move windows, pictures, etc. with it, and even roofing, flooring and wall coloring. If you have a 2 story house, you'll need to move the 1st story walls 1st. You may have to move some inner walls of the house toward the street too, so just toy around with it until you get your desired results hope this helps!

See for me my houses have so many angles to them that that tool would be useless in moving the entire house. I don't think I'd have a single wall that could go anywhere. LOL.
