Default Musicals: Ideas for Sims 2?
Okay, this thread is for all things both Sims 2 and musical-based at the same time. What is great for stories/Sims/Neighbourhoods, etc?
Well, back in the days when I was a young impressionable LLoyd Webber Fan, I once had a go at making an entirely Phantom-themed neighbourhood, complete with managers, ballet girls, et al. Sadly, it was back in the days when there weren't many downloads, so my Phantom character wore that default black 'Goth' outfit that made him look like an extra from the Matrix. And Christine had bright red curly hair. Still a great idea, in retrospect - a Moulin Rouge neighbourhood would be cool, too. Possibly a Bluewater alternative for the Phantom Sims? Go shopping at the Red Windmill! Go to University in Les Miserables or Wicked! I'd like to try it again some time. Sadly, my inner creator fangirl demands i make correct outfits for everyone...

I've made a bunch of Les Mis sims, but they have to live in Veronaville 'cos I'm lazy. I also have a Cats neighborhood - but since there aren't any Cats downloads, they're all human =(
I wish I had a load more costumes/props. Then I'd remake Les Mis in the Sims. But alas, it is not to be.

Tell you what I really wish I had (or had the talent to make, anyway-) The Christine Mannequin from the Phantom's lair. Somehow, the boring 'H&M Stuff' EP mannequins just don't look right (for obvious reasons; I seriously doubt the Phantom would give Christine some funky Noughties fashion stuff to get married in!) The closest I've got to making it look okay is making a playable Sim with a steampunk robot and/or china doll skin, sticking it in a victorian wedding dress, and making her stand very still in a corner and not move....

Looks a tad creepy, doesn't it? If I ever become a meshing/ object creation genius, I'd have a go at some victorian mannequin doll things.
Oh, hasynesy - on the Les Mis front, I think we totally need a barricade, don't you? Gah, makes me really wish they'd done a 'Broadway/ West End' Expansion pack complete with sets. Surely LLoyd Webber would be up for anything that made money?

HAHAHAHAH!!!He doesn't know just the simple word "sims"!Thats the chance for u to become a featured creator..but i understand.Meshing is killing thing...MESHING KILLS ME!And no matter how weel you've managed to learn the meshing methods, here in MTS2 you will not get your work accepted unless you've splited blood!
I would like to start that project with a opera-lot and all the sims but here, i am the persona non grata, not looking forward to shooting far that silly anoying "test subject" of my head..jerk..
