Default Is there a way to set season per household?
I play by seasonal rotations and when Sims move out, they are in summer, which isn't always the season at the time.

How does everyone else deal with this?

I use the Season Setter from Paladin's Place - go here and it's under Sims 2... Objects.... :-)

You can also set the day, so that if they move out Wednesday morning it's still Wednesday morning and not Monday at the new house. The day setter is on here. http://modthesims.info/d/318007 Those two, the Season and day setter have been two of the best hacked items for keeping my neighbourhood in sync.
