I've the latest version of Sims 3 which is 1.57, I also have the latest framework mod folder installed. However, I've installed custom hair simpack from the launcher but when i go into character creation in game, the hair isn't in the game. Then i try to install a custom sims, I went into pre-made sims in character creation, only the custom clothes were shown , the custom hair is replaced by the bob hair.. I need help... i tried googling this problem but none of the page i went could solve anything. Everything works in the mod except the hair, so basically the launcher appear to have downloaded the custom hair but it wouldn't appear in game.

Is it possible that you don't have your graphic options set high enough to display the custom hair? Can you set your sim options to "very high?"

I have maxed out my settings =| I don't think it's graphical issue, although the launcher appears to have downloaded the hair, the hair wasn't in the game.

Does the launcher display the hairstyles on the section "Downloads" or "Installed content"?

I am having the same problem, your not alone, I decided to hop on and play today, which is Monday sept 29 at 11:05 and first my lashes were very weird looking, I fixed it for using a mod, which worked. but now I need custom mods cc, and now it won't let the custom content sims 3 hairs pop up for me neither, and I have it downloaded correctly into my folder, which is. documents, electronic arts, sims 3, mods, packages. not sure really what's going on with the sims 3 lately but I hope they get this fixed. i just wanted to let you know your not alone in this, I am also experiencing issues as well with the sims 3.
