In the Sims 2 seasons I can't select the option to have snow on the ground in the settings - if I click on it it reverts back. I've spent ages searching online for an answer, and have found other with the same problem but no solutions. I have a very good PC with an AMD graphics card, I'm thinking that maybe the problem is the game doesn't recognise the card so is just assuming I can't run the snow? I'm not sure, but please help me! This is driving me mad!

Make sure you backup your "Graphics Rules.sgr" and "Video Cards.sgr" in your last EP or M&G if you have it before you use the program, some have had problems with the program adding extra spaces that block it from working.

For me the path is C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff\TSData\Res\Config but yours may be different.
