i went through the registration, verified my email, and tried to log in - Error 403

I went back to the verification email and used the activation code method. tried to log in - Error 403

i am stuck, please help

Except you are logged in, since you have to be logged in to post a thread. I'm confused as to what the issue here is. What are you not able to do?
