woah. 741,000? I never use the money cheat, so none of my sims are at that level yet. But I must say, that house is GORGEOUS. My sims have got to start working harder, cuz I must have them use this house!!!

Very impressive Moon_Ez, i was wandering wat lights you used around the outside, in the pictures it looks like blue lights.

To answer speed_demon69 q. Its the regular outdoor lanter. Im not quite sure why it looks so blue, but i can assure you that it lights up as it should :D

The hedges arround the big fountain where made by using maxis own flower bushes.
First you use the terrainpaint tool to mark up a line/area where you want the "hedge" to go.
Then you activate 'boolprop snapobjectstogrid false' and 'moveobjects on' This way you can place objects wherever you want on you'r lot, and close to eachother.
But be careful to test that you'r Sim can interact with the object before you share it with others :D

In my "hedge" here there are 3-5 flower bushes in each square instead of 1 that is usual.

I'm sorry that I cannot download this (unfortunately, my computer here would die, poor old beast). However, this caught my eye...and I want to say that it is quite clear, just from the pictures...the massive amount of work you put into it, and that you, Sir, are supremely talented.

Keep up the good work, and I hope that those who are able to make use of this enjoy it as much as you must have building it. It is simply gorgeous. =)

Great house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it!!!! Sooooo extravagant!
As for the lighting, I've always seen my lighting do that when the lights are on at night on a lot.. so it looks quite normal to me.
