This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Easter Egg Spawners
I'm building a festival ground and can't find Easter Egg Spawners so i wonder if they are hidden even in buydebug or if festival ground lot type make them spawn automatically.

There are no spawners for them. I've made several festival grounds and the game does spawn them automatically during the festival.
