Any time you type SimPE on this forum it turns into a link. Click on the SimPE link in your post and it will take you to a thread with links to the program and to the things you need to run it. This particular place you posted is meant for posting content you already made. Maybe you can get a mod to move it to the right location where someone who knows how to create food will see it
