I have some fireplaces that are not in the build fireplace spot....they are in appliances/misc. What do I need to change in SimPE to get where I want them? Thanks.

You could attempt to move it, but it may not work. Fireplaces that are in the fireplace section require scripts and are made differently than the ones in appliances.

I have created a few fireplaces using Numenor's Fireplace templates plus tutorial.
For info, the fireplaces that are found in Applicances/Miscellaneous are fireplaces without chimneys.
Fireplaces in Build/Fireplaces are fireplaces with chimneys - these require Scriptorium to be installed and given a unique number.
If you remember if the fireplace does not have a chimney (my preference ) then go to Applicances/Miscellaneous; if unsure, then you will need to check both locations.
