Hello
I am in the process of remaking some of my old lots from TS2 for TS4 and I would like to make my old Publix lot.
Is there anyone who can help me by teaching me how to make a sign? I know how to make recolors of paintings but a neon sign is way over my head....
For my old TS2 lot I used a sign that was made by Atavera and that´s the kind of sign I would want to make.

Would appreciate any help in the matter.
