Yesterday I was unable to view any of my uploads in the Statistic Page and received the following message: -

I tried viewing elsewhere and was able to view an upload in the Downloads Home Section.
I thought this would possibly rectify itself overnight but it is still the same as today I have tried checking a few of my uploads and they can still not be viewed from my Statistics Page.

Yesterday evening, I uploaded a new Recolor Set which is totally non viewable. There was an issue at the end of Upload process and I received an error (404 not found); I attempted to save the last few pages in the Upload Tool (not previously saved), and whilst doing so, I received the generated email stating the upload had been accepted. After checking the email, I went back to look at the new upload and remove the saves, but it was already clear. So I half expect this upload has not worked properly.

I can view other creators new uploads, so this issue with the database is not widespread.

I would appreciate if you could have a look at this.

Thank you for your reply.
I don’t mind if I have to reupload the loft recolours - it is more about my Statistics page that I am concerned about.
I read over the article, but no one has come back to say it has got fixed so far.

I'm still having issues with this same thing, yet it's different users who's products I'm trying to download. When I try to email the technical support team, it doesn't provide who I'm supposed to email. Any word on what's going on? This has been going on for 3 days now.
