hi! so yesterday i created an account for sexysims and tried some mods out. didn't work great in the game, so i removed everything and since i no longer have the need for the account, i wanted to log in and delete it. problem is, i'm a dumbass and forgot to note down my password. i tried to reset it last night but it wouldn't let me bc the account was fresh, so i've just been trying today. i've put in my correct email so i can get the password reset form sent to me NUMEROUS times, but i never get the email! triple, quadruple checked i've typed it right, indeed i have. i use a vpn and i cannot access the site without it bc of generic restrictions. could this be the issue?

i'm just annoyed and urgently require help! <3

edit: i tried to do it the other way, but it told me "We couldn't reset your password automatically due to security concerns with your account."
