Subject: 😊 Assistance Needed: Email Change and Account Issues for MrBASins

Hi Mod The Sims Team,

I hope you’re doing well! It’s been quite some time since I’ve been active on the site, but I’m thrilled to announce that I’m back and working on new mods and custom content for The Sims 4 under my username MrBASins. 🎮✨

Unfortunately, I’ve run into several issues with my "MrBASins" account:

- I’ve tried posting on the site to request an email change, but I keep getting “access denied” messages for almost every action I try to take, except downloading content.
- My account keeps referring to an old email, mrbasins@thesims.life, which I no longer have access to. This prevents me from updating my account details or verifying anything through that email.


These issues have left me unable to update my email or edit my profile, which is preventing me from fully returning to the community.

To resolve this, I’d like to request one of the following:

1. ✉️ Email Change: Update my account email to my current one so I can regain full access.
2. 🔄 Account Merge or Removal: If an email change isn’t possible, I would appreciate it if my current account and its content could be merged with a new account, or if this account could be removed so I can start fresh.

I know that merging accounts is possible using vBulletin, as I used it for my old site for The Sims 3 and Sims 4. I’ve handled similar situations before, and I’m confident this can be resolved. Anyone familiar with my username will likely recognize me and the work I’ve contributed to the Sims community over the years.

Additionally, if it’s easier, I’m happy to provide any verification you need to confirm my identity and ownership of the account. I’m eager to reconnect with the Mod The Sims community and share my upcoming creations.
