This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default ACR: Announced pregnancies don´t manifest
I´ve had ACR in my game for a long time, but recently I´ve encountered a bug where, when a Sim is announced to have become pregnant after risky woohoo, nothing further happens. I also don´t hear the pregnancy jingle. The pregnancy doesn´t develop and if trying to use the "morning after pill" of ACR, the game states that noone is pregnant, confirming that the Sim is not really pregnant, even though ACR announced that she was. I haven´t been able to have any pregnancies from risky woohoo for a while, and this is across several different households.

Also the "vanilla" Try for Baby-option while relaxing on a double bed is gone. Try for Baby is only available in the "Casual" ACR-menu. I´m unsure whether that´s a normal ACR-feature or also a bug?

Has anyone encountered this problem of risky woohoo-pregnancies not working properly? I´ve installed the Wild Child-mod not too long ago, but obviously this should not conflict with ACR?

Thankful for any ideas or tips, thanks in advance!

Are the sims teens? Pregnancy controllers for teens autodelete themselves if you don't have a mod to prevent that from happening.

No, it goes for all of my adult female sims.

Would be weird if it was the case for all the households, but there's room for a baby?

Yes, this is indeed the case - across households and with plenty of room for more sims. So there seems to be a general bug with the pregnancy.

Does using the regular ACR TFB interaction work? The EA interaction won't show up if the sims are not in love, kind of the whole purpose of ACR was to add an interaction that didn't have that restriction.

Have you tried running HCDU to look for conflicting mods? Could be an issue you haven't thought of.
(mods might show up without them actually conflicting, so test the mods against each other before choosing to get rid of them. Sometimes they can work with the right loading order, or it could be you've got the wrong version).

There are a few versions of the HCDU, here's one with some changes/updates from the original:

Yes, it does work. The main issue is that the pregnancy-feature seems to be bugged.

Thank you for the link! For some reason, I am not able to open HCDU or WhatCausedThis on my computer unfortunately, that would certainly help.

All of the ACR interactions are new custom interactions that can't possibly conflict with other mods.

The manually selected Try For Baby interaction uses exactly the same code for getting the sim pregnant as the risky woohoo triggering, so I think the only explanation is that you have some edited version of ACR installed that is broken.

Seems worth checking in a copy of the hood with Wild Child removed and see if the options come back. It could be a load order issue? Does Wild Child use Chris Hatch's alternate pregnancy controller?

Check out my thoughts on Psymchology (Sim Psychology) - latest post is on the main six aspirations.
