I'm having issues with the fog clipping in Twinbrook. I have my game set up to recognise my graphics card, I've also tested with all CC and mods removed and it doesn't make a difference.

from what I saw, that's normally what it looks like in the swamp district of Twinbrook, unless I'm mistaken about your issue.
