I'm not 100% sure if I'm posting this in the right place so please forgive me if this is the wrong place to put this.

I wanted to make a custom script for a bed mod I want to make however all the tutorials I have been trying to follow seem very confusing.
I'm stuck with Visual Studio 2022 as I could not find a working download for the 2015 version and I keep getting stuck on things related to it.

I downloaded the Script Mod Template Creator program from Nexus as I was having issues with Visual Studio and was attempting to follow this tutorial here but I am stuck on the part about Reflector.
I found a download for .NET Reflector but it won't install. Same thing for ILSpy...

Are there any updated tutorials that are better for people that can't get VS 2015 working? Or an alternative to Visual Studio? I freaking hate the thing...

Also, please walk me through like I'm 5... I'm just a newbie to the Sims 3 modding scene and the only thing I have successfully made so far are some custom regional markings for horses (which are not quite done yet). I do have modding experience from modding other games but so far Sims 3 has been deeply confusing.

Edit: Found an iso download for VS 2015! It works but I'm still stuck on the Reflector/ILSpy part.
