If you look close, You will see the bottom of the wall has I guess a shadow/off color or something when the walls go down? If I remove the window this does not happen, It's very noticeable/distracting with certain wall colors and certain lighting conditions. Seems to happen with any window. Even if I put say a ton of saucer lights in the room to make it super bright, It can help a bit but then all my rooms would need to be blinding bright and it's still not fixed.

I did remove all my mods and cleared cache as I originally thought that might be the issue but it still happens.
