Reason: I fixed it
Crazy distortion in only certain shoes when using specific slider
Hi! I am honestly the only person other than the creator who I've seen use these, but hopefully you guys can help me out here anyway. lol
Thankfully, I don't use these for normal gameplay, but when I'm taking glamour shots of my sims for fun, I like to use realistic 3D teeth instead of the normal EA ones. These teeth replace the EA teeth with a version that is compatible with a slider that will shrink them so the 3D teeth can sit on top of the shrunken version and I just love how they look.
Unfortunately, a collection of shoes I have recently acquired hate the teeth shrinking slider. Because it has happened to shoes of varying polycounts and styles and even some shoes I myself have converted from TS4, I suspect it might have something to do with the Vertex ID but because I am just an unga bunga cavewoman I need someone to gently push me in the right direction on how to potentially fix this.
This doesn't happen when morphed accessories are on or under any circumstance other than the shrink teeth slider being used.
I don't look forward to having to renumber a good portion of all CC shoes I download from now on to get them to work with my freaky teeth, but I will do it. I am crazy enough to do it. I just need to know what Vertex ID I need to set the shoes to to:
a.) Maintain their ability to be used with morphed accessories.
b.) Make them not explode with my weirdo teeth slider.
I mentioned in another thread that I use this tutorial to renumber Accessories and Shoes to not make each other explode:

I suspect other creators are using the same method and, therefore, are just using the numbers Bella provides. I myself just renumbered these shoes I converted to 57000. My theory is that this number is too close or something to the IDs used by the teeth. So here's a link to the teeth:

So am I just going to have to trial and error this? Or is there a way to see what the teeth's IDs are so I can set the shoes accordingly? Or, the mysterious third option of: am I entirely wrong about what the problem is? lol
BTW here is a link to a few of the shoes that have this issue. Namely, the butterfly sandals (in the screenshot provided) and the jean boots. I'm not sure about the others:

Sorry if this post is all over the place, my brain doesn't work.
EDIT: I have conquered the beast! In prime me fashion, I made this post and instead of chilling and waiting for assistance from people far more knowledgeable than me, I decided instead to trial and error it as I gradually lost my mind with each failed test. Finally, it seems renumbering my shoes to 60000 (You'd think this would've been my first test, by my brain decided to go backwards first for some reason) has finally fixed the issue. I was honestly afraid of doing that. I thought, "60k? That's uncharted territory!" but, thankfully, it didn't end up being the divide-by-zero nightmare scenario I catastrophized it to be - it was my saving grace! Huzzah! So I guess now that I have practice renumbering packages at the speed of light, this will help me renumber all future packages that cause this issue with ease. That is, of course, unless I forget the steps by then...lol Anyway, yay!
