SO I have a piece of cc that is causing some trouble. If a sim is going nude for instance to take a shower this top is what they end up wearing. it also takes the bra spot in CAS if I remove the top the sim is currently wearing. seems mainly to impact fem sims. I have a screen shot of the offending content but it has no creator name on the thumbnail and mousing over it doesnt offer any description that would make it helpful for finding the item in order to delete it. What I need is advice regarding the best app to use to hunt this thing down and get it out of my game. I have far too much cc to do this easily by going through my folder item by item. anything that finds broken content may not work here as I am not sure this would be flagged as broken given it seems to "work" otherwise? I will include the pic of the content. it is the orange plaid sweater over white shirt sorry for how grainy it is but I took this pic with my phone hoping google lens might be able to find the cc that way.

Did you end up fixing this yet? If not just use sims 4 studio to create an override of the bra, instance ID for the orange bra is 0000000000005F69.
place the package in your mods folder, use tray importer to find conflicts. Hopefully you will find the offending file that way.
You could use better expectations to see what CC your sim is wearing in game or use tray importer after you save the sim to your library.

Or is the top just marked as default override?
