This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Can't Delete 45 Degree-Angled Tile
I didn't build this house, came this way when I downloaded it. I'm trying to remove the angled tiles showing in the screenshot. I've tried:

Removing the tile the normal way.
Sledge hammer.
Stuck Object Remover.
Moveobjects on.

I tried putting a wall from one end to the other but it won't let me; says "covered by floor tile". Seems I had run across this issue a long time ago but can't remember the fix. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

It's build with CFE (constrain floor elevation cheat) You need to put the cheat one and use the terrain tool to smooth it out.

Pressing CTRL + SHIFT + C to open the cheat window.
In the window type boolprop constrainFloorElevation false
Smooth it out then turn the cheat off by typing boolprop constrainFloorElevation True
Save.
