Default Invalid apartment
I have just created a duplex and keep getting an error message about an invalid apartment. I have the correct doors but cannot figure out what is the issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's still difficult to see- we really need to see higher resolution screenshots, and zoomed in a bit! I think it must be to do with the garage door being on a different level to the apartment door. Can anyone concur, or have any better ideas?

Thanks for that suggestion. I have redone the design on a flat lot slightly adjusted the fence now that the back porch is on ground level to enclose it. This has worked and I now have it as apartments.
