Default 100% pregnancy after woohoo
This is an odd thing, but as I've played for some days now, I am pretty sure there's a bug here. Because every time two adult Sims WooHoo in my game, it results in pregnancy. It is infallible. I've run the play at least a dozen times (my Sims are pretty amorous), and every single time, a child was conceived.
Yes, of course, I can use the InSiminator to abort the pregnancy, but I am concerned that some flag has been set that returns pregnancy every time. If so, I'd like to reset it, because I feel kind of bad aborting so many little Simmies already. I've kept a couple of pregnancies for story purposes, but most of the Sims-in-Potentia have gone to the great trash can in the sky.

Any thoughts?

You must be using some sort of mod because in vanilla game WooHoo has 0% chance of pregnancy.

So it would help if you could list any mods you use affecting pregnancy or chances of getting pregnant. If you are using ACR/casual WooHoo, that has its own chance of getting pregnant, you can change it in ACR settings (on ACR controller), for example.

Using the InSiminator, as well as the Teen and Family Woohoo mods. Now that I think of it, there was an option "Try for Baby" when I restarted my 'hood, and it has indeed disappeared.
Specifically, in addition to the InSiminator, Vagrant's Closer Family mod, and Dark Wolf's Wild Child. Also have the newest version of the Orgy Rug.
Looking at the Readmes, this is probably a function of WC's Addons, which I see were unzipped with the rest of the package. I'll remove them and see if that fixes it. The weird thing is it's only supposed to be a +15% chance for pregnancy, but like I said, I'm getting it 100% when adults WooHoo. And one of the addons is supposed to remove the pregnancy chimes, but doesn't. Don't need any of the addons, as I'm not interested in Teen pregnancy or Alien pregnancy.

Yep, that's done it. Serves me right for not reading the readmes before installing the mod.
