This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Community Time Project - the notification is blank
Having an issue recently where the notification thats says "your sim arrives home at xyz" is just blank, no text it only shows sims's portrait.
It's not game breaking and my sim arrives when he's supposed to, but I just can't see when they will arrive
No idea what does it, but im guessing its some mod conflict..

Oh nevermind just fixed it by making the mod load after most of my other mods
